We understand that unforeseen events occur, however, it's essential to bear in mind our rules regarding appointment cancellation to maintain the efficiency of our services.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Appointment Cancellation:

Appointments should be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel an appointment, please contact VIP rejuvenation by phone call, text message, or email.

Cancellation Charges:

Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will result in a penalty of $25.00, which will be charged to the registered credit card. This penalty will also apply if you fail to attend a scheduled appointment or reschedule on the day of the appointment.

Unpaid Penalty: If the penalty is not processed, the client must pay the penalty before being able to book the next appointment. Otherwise, a treatment will be counted as used to cover the cost of the medical professional's time.

New Clients:

New clients are required to leave a deposit to book any appointment. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to the cost of your service(s). If a new client fails to cancel or reschedule their appointment within the 24-hour timeframe, the deposit will be used to cover the cost of the medical professional's time.

Promotions:

If a deposit was made to reserve a promotional price and the balance was not paid within the agreed date, the client will forfeit the promotional price and will have to inquire again for the new pricing.

By providing your contact information, you authorize us to use such information to communicate with you. This may include, but is not limited to, informing you about new products, services, special offers, and promotions that may be of interest to you. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we commit to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
